About Us
The beginning...
James Laugesen and Belal Hijazi founded Platinum Response on the principles of quality and excellence in 2011, and the company has been known for them ever since. After working in the Disaster Restoration industry prior, James and Belal saw an opportunity to use their skills and expertise to offer top of the line service for an affordable price. They understand that people's dreams are tied to their homes and businesses and that they needed an understanding and trusting company that could provide a quick and seamless service.
Since 2011, Platinum Response has grown into a company with over 20 employees, an office and warehouse facilities, a fleet of vehicles and large inventory of equipment. We serve our clients with the same devotion to quality and excellence that originally established Platinum Response, and we are proud to have become the leading disaster restoration contractor in South East Queensland!
